After School Kung Fu Classes

The BICMA has been running after school clubs in and around London since 1995. Many international wushu athletes have started their martial arts training from these classes.

Schools we teach in include:

·        Eton College, Windsor

·        St Bernadette’s Primary School, Kenton, Middx

·        Sudbury Primary School, Wembley, Middx

·        St Margaret’s Primary School, Neasden, North London

·        Donnington Primary School, London

Why learn Kung Fu at BICMA Norfolk?

Gain a ‘Positive Growth Mindset!’ It has been proven in physical training that by constantly working at skills with a qualified and experienced coach, you reinforce a positive growth mindset within yourself.

You will learn to trust and depend on others. By joining a club, you become part of a team who share common goals and aspirations. You make friends and gain a support network, so when things get tough you have people to help and support you.

Martial arts are empowering. Understanding combat systems teaches you how to resolve a violent confrontation with an appropriate outcome

Regular physical training improves mental health. Stress causes anxiety and excess adrenaline. The endorphins released through regular physical training sessions helps counter the negative effects of a hectic lifestyle.

The British Institute for Chinese Martial Arts is committed to providing a safe and positive learning environment where anyone from any background can get involved in our martial art training programmes.

BICMA Norfolk Head Coach Alasdair Monteith
